We take great pride in our craft and in our products.  When you order our shaving products, you can be confident that each piece is made carefully by hand, inspected for quality, and built to last. Each purchase is accompanied by our guarantee of quality and our promise to refinish, replace inlay, or to repair any damage caused by normal wear and tear or caused by a manufacturing defect (not related to the blades or cartridges).*

With proper care, your shaving set will be the last one you'll ever need. However, should your razor or brush ever lose its shine, lose a stone, or just start to look a little too loved, send it to us and we'll polish it up. Under our Refinishing Program, we provide basic refurbishing services listed above to keep your shaving kit looking its best. Just pay shipping and we'll do the rest. Your products will return shiny and ready to face the years ahead!

*Damage due to dropping is not considered covered under “normal wear and tear.” Refinishing is a  free service and  is separate from re-knotting brush services. Re-knotting is not included in our refinishing program. Customer is responsible for shipping products to us that are to be refinished.
